What Goes Around, Comes Around

Sorry I missed a day in there and my latest writings have been more of my crabbiness than clear message writing. I've been still fighting a congestion in the chest, and a new project at work has all of my time. Anyway, I recieved an initeresting e-mail from a friend that was about a preacher who was asked to say a few words before the start of a state congressional session. Its kind of a prayer, because it sort of started out that way, but more interesting, is that it then goes into pointing out the perils of what Liberalisim has done today to our society. It lists all of the touchey feeley, feel good Liberal things that have been done or put into place in lieu of good old common sense and having a backbone to do the right thing that needs to be done. The list with its opening line is as follows:

'Woe to those who call evil good,' but that is exactly what we have done. We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values.

We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery.
We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare.
We have killed our unborn and called it choice.
We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable.
We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building selfesteem.
We have abused power and called it politics.
We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition.
We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression.
We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.

Now that is an eye opener. Its an eye opener not only by what it says, but buy what is said is so true. All of these items that were mentioned were Liberal feel good ideas that they presented, promoted, and got into place in law and/or society in general. So now we have people who have not had to endure an embarrasement, or the pain of failure all in the name of self esteem. We have a generation who has no pride and no shame what so ever. People today are more selfish, have no remorse for doing wrong, and who have no respect for anyone else but themselves. Nowhere is this more prevelant than with our children, and with minorities. Everything that is bad and evil is held up and promoted, while anything and everything that is good is banned and cast aside. Only the silent majority can stop this trend by not being silent any longer. We must act to reverse this trend that is eroding the very core of our society from the inside like a cancer, and eradicate it completely.
